Meet Sara Kate

Sara Kate grew up in Virginia's vibrant countryside, just miles outside of Washinton DC, but has spent much time traveling and working around the globe. After studying at the College of William & Mary, Sara Kate pursued her passion for art in Florence, Italy, ultimately earning a BFA in Illustration from the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design. Sara Kate went on to earn a Master of Letters in Art History through Christie's Education London, a school intimately connected with the famed Christies Auction House and Glasgow University.
Interestingly, Sara Kate found herself in the center of the luxury wedding industry after returning to the States from Great Britain. As Operations Executive at the chic Manhattan stationer, Ceci New York, and Producer of the coveted Cecistyle Magazine, Sara Kate got a good dose of Midtown Manhattan life. Shortly after moving South again, Sara Kate began working with the exclusive Bridal Circle and The Inner Circle Experience. Sara Kate has designed for floral guru Holly Heider Chapple of Holly Chapple Flowers and has created stationery and logos for couples and brands worldwide.
Currently the Creative Director of Sara Kate Couture, Sara Kate loves bringing her clients' visions to life. With an emphasis on completely bespoke invitation design and artful hand calligraphy, Sara Kate loves all things paper, floral and romantic.
When not designing, you'll likely to find Sara Kate picking wildflowers, dancing ballet or painting in the studio. Sara Kate also loves exploring local fine dining options with her husband or going on adventures with their two wonderful sons.
